Once a person achieves a level of excellence in their field, they are not likely to let it fade. Military snipers are trained rigorously to perfect their skills, and regardless of your opinion on the military or guns, there is no denying the discipline their training takes.
Can you lose excellence once you have gained it? Well, as this 86-year old veteran who can still outperform men one-third his age proves, not likely.
