Numa Numa - 40 Million Views and Counting

Nobody knows why this video of a portly young man lip-synching perfectly to some truly awful Euro-pop has garnered so many millions of views and its star featured in TV talk shows, magazines, and even guest appearances on prime-time sitcoms. Some feel it's just the obscurity and randomness of the song and the fact that he parodies the song with such energy. Others just chalk it up to the phenomenon that dictates that there's no way of knowing what and who will be launched into stardom by randomness. Can over 40 million people be wrong?
